Membership Categories
Angelumni is an online community, designed for real-time and asynchronous interaction. Any member can access the entire community except for investor-only due diligence discussions, which are off-limits for our Startup Members.
Founder Members are the pioneering cohort who believed in Angelumni before it was a thing and receive commensurate benefits.
Regular Members are accredited investors who review startups, conduct due diligence, and pool their capital to make investments.
Associate Members are here to learn, contributing to due diligence and mentoring but not eligible to join investment syndicates.
Partner Members represent organizations that contribute to the Angelumni community and provide preferred services to its members.
Startup Members are founders and team members from companies that have applied to Angelumni for investment.
What Does it Cost?
Angelumni charges an annual membership fee to cover community technology and administration costs.
Our 2025 membership fees are:
Founder $ 495 / year (limited quantity remaining)
Regular $ 745 / year
Associate $ 395 / year

Startup $100 one-time application fee (up to 3 members)
When a member decides to participate in an investment, they will join a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) organized via the Sydecar platform.
SPV fees will be shared equally between participating investors and the startup, up to a maximum of 2% of the invested amount.
